The building 116 E 65th street (Block 1399, Lot 65) was owned by the 116 East 65 Street LLC which may have been partially or fully owned by Ghislaine Maxwell. I believe that the property was sold by the 116 East 65 Street LLC in 2015. I know that you have access to various real estate databases. Please provide me the following information:

1. The date that the property was purchased by the 116 East 65 Street LLC a. Purchase price b. Who was the previous owned 2. The date that the property was sold c. Sale price d. Purchaser name

Date purchased by 116 East 65th Street LLC was 07/06/2000 Consideration nominal. I have to look further into this.

Seller was LYNN FORESTER

Date sold by 116 East 65th Street LLC was 04/14/2016 $15,075,000

Buyers were FREDERICK J RUDD and KIM L GREENBERG

From CLEAR, it looks like Lynn Forester sold the property to 116 East 65th Street LLC on 07/06/2000 for $4,950,000.
