Since our clicat distanced herself from Mr Tonks, he has taken it upon himself to traduce her good name through an online smear campaign which has caused her unwarranted damage and distress.
Mr Tonks main allegations against our client have been summarised in an article headed "Exposing (referred to in your online publications) under un "Tonk's Claims', some of which have been repeated in bold text below for ease of reference. We briefly explain the true position in respect of the statements from the article which relate to our client and concern the imputations complained of and aver that, in light of the facts and matters outlined below, you will not be able to discharge the evidential burden in the present case, notwithstanding your protestations that you have "undeniable proof of our client's wrongdoing-
