Evidence Item 16136 contains responsive data obtained from evidence items which were seized through sealed search warrants.

Review Summary:

• Most of the files are Internet image and video-based files, including commercial adult pornography.

• Some images are of nude, age difficult females in sexually suggestive poses, in various locations including a beach, and an apartment.

• Some images are of nude, age difficult females appeared to be located at various residences owned by Jeffrey Epstein. In these images, the women are solo, or with multiple women, and in approximately 20 images, Epstein is with the topless women.

• Some images contained identifiable CSAM possessed by Epstein, but none of the CSAM was produced by Epstein.

• None of the non-commercial videos and images with nude females have 3rd party men.

• None of the non-commercial videos and images depict adults engaging in criminal activity.

• Epstein was observed in multiple videos but not engaging in sex.

Good morning,

Our team sent over videos from the 1A extractions on Friday evening, in the event NY needs this for analysis or any further action. IMD only extracted the contents of the 1A and ran a script to determine content and file size/length, we have not done any analysis of video/audio content or viewed any of the materials.

I've attached the inventory sheets we created.

• The first excel attachment, Tab "Media_Count" shows the count of CDs, Thumb Drives (TH) and Hard Drives (HD) by case/box identified. The "Video_Audio_Count" Tab shows the runtime of the videos.

• The second excel attachment sorts by case number, box, and 1A serial (if applicable) or item number.

There were 170 videos total in the 1A across all 6 cases; 159 of the 170 were from the 50 and 31 cases. These were the videos in the labeled 1As, given our discussion the "Misc Assorted Box" is not considered 1A.

Update on lAs. They have not yet been reviewed. When the case files were received at IMD, the lAs were segregated for scanning, after which, NYO was told the 1A media would be sent to OTD for upload. To this point, we have not received the videos.

The Teleporter link you send on red side does not work. I requested IMD Media Supervisor send me the Teleporter link on Unet and/or upload to OPWAN so we can review asap.

Sorry for any confusion, I did not know they were segregated by IMD from the start.

We will begin review once received, however the download should take approximately 24 hours alone.

Update: the download completed overnight and we began review. Only identified search photos.

**However, IMD just reached out and advised they sent the wrong zip file through teleporter yesterday. He is now downloading the correct one and sending to us once available. That file should be much larger because it contains videos. We may have it available for review by tomorrow or Thursday.
