Hi there,

Thank you again for everything (and more) you and your teams have done to support the Epstein Transparency Project for DOJ.

I received three questions from ODAG yesterday afternoon, and looking for your help to quickly answer them as DOJ prepares for public releases (date TBD):

1. Total Data Size (estimated) of the totality of what was delivered to DOJ from February 2025 — May 2025.

   1. Paper Documents

   2. Photo Scans/Images

   3. Audio/Video

Action Needed: I will send a list of what I've compiled for each of you as deliverables to DOJ since February and ask to identify which items your respective teams had lead in processing and then provide a total estimated size of each file. ODAG looking for rough estimate.

For example, OTD has rendered 4 videos that have been shared with ODAG today. Each video is 19GB. I will capture this as: 76GB video and then add all the videos and audio together

For IMD, for example what was the total size of the redacted files placed on the thumb drives delivered 3/25/2025?

I will send the list tomorrow morning.

2. Terminology to use to differentiate between MCC videos

   • as discussed this morning, looking for a way to describe the videos that differentiates between the original and the duplicate version that OTD worked on.

[ ] sent a few ideas: let's confirm which to use and I'll use whichever is decided along with the great description provided: increased the contrast, balanced the color and slightly improved the sharpness of edges. These types of enhancements are typical for video of any quality of any resolution. These types of enhancements allow the human eye and brain interpret it as clearer, richer, and more detailed. None of these steps can re-create detail that was never captured. This is standard for video enhancement

3. Date FBI closed the suicide investigation.

   1. STATUS: COMPLETED (thank you Spencer): 90A-NY-3151227 encompassed a deferred prosecution agreement for two guards executed on 05/21/2021, and was closed on 12/5/2022.
