We exported the complete list of victims serialized in Sentinel and have identified the below minor victims at this time:

Please note that the majority of the victims either do not have DOBs or victimization dates associated in Sentinel so I will need to manually review 302s for additional identifiers to provide a more complete list. I have also attached the full victim name export as an excel spreadsheet attached to this email. Identified minor victims are highlighted in green. The 31E-MM and 72-MM cases have no indexed victims and so the serials in those cases will also need manual review to identify any victims.

I notified Laura who is working on pulling the VNS list of victims.

The text indicates that this is a supplemental list provided by SDNY, and it has been filtered to exclude individuals already identified in Sentinel case 50D-NY-3027571. The information is to be treated with "strictest confidentiality and sensitivity." The actual list of victim names is not visible in the provided image.

I am also attaching a list of other victims provided by CACHTU. The CACHTU list has been filtered to exclude any individuals previously identified by a review of indexed victims in Sentinel case 50D-NY-3027571. I was asked by SDNY to please remind anyone who receives this information that it should be treated with the "strictest confidentiality and sensitivity." SDNY will continue to provide additional names as they gather them.

Please find below and attached a total of approximately 400 names and identifiers of victims and their family members that should be added to the spreadsheet. We understand that you will treat these lists with the same high level of confidentiality and sensitivity as the other names that have been identified. As additional names of victims and their family members are identified, they will be sent on a rolling basis.

Two notes regarding the attachment. First, the document contains partial names and other identifiers where full names do not appear to be available from the source evidence. All of the names and identifiers contained therein, partial and full, should be included on the victim list. Second, although the attachment has a GX number in its file name, it was never admitted into evidence and is not a public record.

Please be sure that those responsible for conducting the review of the materials and implementing the redactions understand that there is a need to be careful and thorough in order to comply with the Attorney General's directive in her February 27, 2025 letter to the FBI Director that "any public disclosure of these files will be done in a manner to protect the privacy of victims and in accordance with law." Any public disclosure of materials may implicate, among other things, the Court's protective order in U.S. v. Ghislaine Maxwell, 20 Cr. 330 (AJN), Dkt. 36 at 4-5 (S.D.N.Y. Jul. 30, 2020) ("The Government (other than in the discharge of their professional obligations in this matter) . . . [is] strictly prohibited from publicly disclosing or disseminating the identity of any victims or witnesses referenced in the Discovery" materials in the case; the Crime Victims' Rights Act, 18 U.S.C. 3771(a)(8); the Child Victims' and Child Witnesses' Rights Act, 18 U.S.C. 3509; the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a; Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e); Model Rule of Professional Conduct 1.6 and the Commentary on Determining Authorized Disclosures; and the Attorney General's Guidelines for Victim Witness Assistance. (As I mentioned to earlier today, I reached out yesterday to t ODAG and requested to discuss the review and redaction process, but I have not heard back.)
