The accompanying text states that Alan Dershowitz was referenced in two FD-302s related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. He was not considered a subject, and no evidence suggested his involvement in the abuse of minors.
BLUF: Alan Dershowitz (Dershowitz) is referenced in the Jeffrey Epstein child sex trafficking investigation within two FD-302s. Dershowitz was not considered a subject in this investigation and no evidence was uncovered during the investigation to suggest Dershowitz was involved in the abuse of minors. The following is a description of the content of these FD-3025 and the manner with which Dershowitz was referenced.
Proffer #1 with in July 2019: Salazar was an employee of Epstein and traveled with Epstein to Epstein's Island, Boston, New Mexico, and Paris. In Boston, they met with Dershowitz. Dershowitz received a massage from understood these massages to be more professional massages and different than the massages the girls gave.
