Date of Birth

Social Security Number

Photo ID

The above information will be needed for the beneficiaries of the following trusts:

. The Haze Trust

. The Butterfly Trust

. The 2007 Jeffrey E Epstein Insurance Trust #3

I'm going to submit the kyc for these trusts this week. Based on the list that Daphne sent, all that is left is Prytanee, LLC which was approved in January this year so it'll be due next year.
