We have not succeeded in re-opening the account for the trust.

As an alternative, we can issue a check in the amount of the rejected wire and mail it to the address of record (Mr Epstein's address in St Thomas).

The check will be payable to the trust.

Please confirm before we proceed.

Since the trust was wound down, can we make the check out to anyone else besides Caterpillar? Can we make it out to the Trustee or their accountant???
