Outstanding Official Checks Report as of 07/2017

Attached is the list of official checks, issued through 07/31/2017, that are outstanding to date. These are DB issued checks as well as checks issued by State Street. Checks dated on or before 05/31/17 that are still outstanding will be escheated to NY State in Feb 2021.

Every effort should be made to contact the payee to determine why these checks have not been presented for payment.

For Banking Accounts Please review and address any items that you would like to place stops and /or reissue.

You will need to submit a db force teas stop payment - banking case.

For Global Plus/ State Street Accounts :Please review and address any items that you would like to place stops and /or reissue. You will need to submit a db force teas stop payment - G+ case.

You should review and follow up on any items you may have on the >160 days worksheet.
