We took out cash today using the new debit card. Our card was restricted to $1000 only. Please advise as per our conversation debit card cash limit is $10,000.

Thanks. Did you try at more than bank? Would be good to know whether that was an ATM limit or an issue with the card.

i believe issue with card as i used at chase with 3,000 limit which i personally do for myself i asked tellers if 3,000 for chase customers only and they said everyone..

Also, I just found out that chase limits their ATM withdrawals to $800 at the outside machines. The machines inside the branches are $3k. So you have to go while the branch is actually open. Presumably that's a safety thing.
