Still concerned that everyone is forgetting that uk has bigger, unique and serious problems. If euro zone gets fixed, uk is next. Hard to see euro stabilized permanently given a run on the pound or gilts.

It's still not announced, the headline sounds like a done deal but the details are still referring to a future tense agreement and there is no clarity of individual parliamentary approvals required. So the numbers are on the right scale but the crucial details still missing and high risk that markets get spooked further.
