When you receive this I will have landed at jfk back
from dxb. I am in nyc
for one night and then head to St. Thomas sat am. As
you know, I have to
attend the St. Thomas chamber of commerce dinner
with your friends chuck and
eddie on saturday night. Sunday I'm off to sxm to
board the boat and then a
tour around the carib facilities.

DXB was quite successful. Igy has reached agreements
with the gov't of oman
with regards to the only marina in oman (muskat). We
take over in 4 weeks.
Also, we have reached an agreement in principal with
the developers of both
dubai fesitval city and qatar pearl to complete the
design, engineering and
development of all of their marina facilities
associated with those mega
projects. All in all, very good news.

If you are going to be on fantasy island during the
next week perhaps we can
have lunch and catch up. I will have my kids, sandi,
brother, et al with me,
but they do not have to come. Let me know if you'd
like to see my sun-shiney
face.
