FW: VS

Someone within the Sultanic universe has emerged to deliver the following message:  According to Bob Ross, Divisional President for Internat'l matters, VS is VERY, VERY close to siging an exclusive agreement regarding the distribution of VS in the GCC with a company in DXB called, Apparel Group.  Further he has indicated that while close (i.e. many drafts already exchanged) they have not yet signed this agreement, and would be open to discussions with Nakheel et al if they felt that Nakheel (Sultan's group) was sincerely interested.  They said that they had been unaware that Nakheel was interested until this contact (I do not know with whom they spoke specifically) and that's why they had been proceding with the other company.

As you know, controlling VS in the GCC is VERY near and dear to the heart of our friend and, frankly, he is the righrt guy.  COuld any of this be true?  Should I contact this Bob Ross directly?  What to do?  That's why I called today.
