Hey Ghislaine…I have been talking things over about coverage here in the office. We (me, Helen, Rahna and Lauren) will all work our normal days and hours up until our first days off (Mon 24th/Tues 25th) Lauren leaves for vacation on the 23rd. Since the week after Christmas is typically slow, we were wondering if on the 26th, 27th and 28th- one of us could come in for each day and cover the full day…hence:
Rahna 8:30-6:00 on Wed. 26th
Lesley 8:30-6:00 on Thurs. 27th
Helen 8:30-6:00 on Fri. 28th
Would that be ok by you?
On Jan. 2nd, we (me, Helen and Rahna)would once again revert to our normal schedules (Lauren is not back until Jan. 7th in the
office)
