1. You asked for Lesley to be able to work from home and to be able to ans office phones - to do this Dave L looked at installing a phone switch - he showed it to you yest and you sd no. I just want to be sure you understood what you were being shown - here is DL's explanation of it + cost
Its not permanently installed.  We can take it anywhere we like and re install..
A new switch would enable people to work remotely as if they were in the office, at their desk, utilizing the same extension.  Given similar systems at lsj and ftc people could literally login at a phone and travel w their extension or we could dial cost free between locations.  All ip phone calls use the highest encryption standard (can't bust it), and we would have the ability to use soft clients on our computers from home using the same extension or whtvr #s ie Lesley.  There is also the ability to receive voicemails in outlook (email)
42k is the cost - if this is not what you want what else should I do or organise vis a vis lesley working from home
2. DL will go Wed - Fri next week to PB to install computer and TV's every where and to check phone system is up and running
3. Beds were delivered yest to the house and are installed - beds will be made today..I do not have headboards etc for 3 of guest rooms - waiting for that proposal from Artefacto
The Pool demo is due to start 8th Jan and be noisy for 3 days approx - work to complete Doug says 2/3 months. I asked doug to confirm start date w/you
4. Doug has a landscaping proposal for you to look at on plane to lsj for PB
5. Curtains /shutters - marcus is going to the house tom to measure but he will have a proposal to you before next Friday...
6. I will be dealing w/jeffrey from artefeacto today on the order and will have a better handle on price delivery of other items and orders for bedrooms etc after that - I will send you update on that after I have spoken to him
New IT guy - Dave spoke to you about him doing w/e etc w/dave from when he comes back from his hols - new it guy starts 14 Jan - he will be involved in stabilising server rack at 71 w/dave
