Did you authorize John/Bill to put in an offer of $750,000 on a property in St. Thomas. Please advise. The third-party option expired was not renewed, so the offer can be submitted if you still desire.
To refresh your recollection, the property is a 10 bedroom, 8.5 bathroom house in Nazareth sitting on .76 acres with a view of AYH to St. John. 5,100 square feet with annual real property taxes listed as $4,489. List price is $875,000. Bill Rowles and John Amerling said that you told them to put in an offer at $750,000.

Keeping you abreast of the situation...
I spoke with Jane Brown from Coldwell Banker. The option on the Nazareth property expires today and is not up for renewal again with the current option holder. She seemed genuinely pleased that we were still interested in putting in an offer, even at $750K. She is drawing up the paperwork today, and I am meeting her tomorrow at 10:30 AM our time. Is there someone here who is authorized to review and sign the offer, should I get the papers and fax them to you for signature, or what..?
