To be secure, the best solution in France for you is to pay the other creditors on the buildings and so you will be on first rank, and in case of problem the buildings will be sold to pay you. If you want to grant only 5 millions, it is secure too but it is more complicated, because you have to share the building's guarantee with three other people.

To summarize: if you are ready to help us, I give you for free 50% shares of Artistic Images with all the patents, 5 millions euros for our needs + 13 millions euros for loans+ expenses.
