Job description:
A global IT position seeking a dynamic individual to work in
a close-knit, private, wealth management firm. Client services at the
basic desktop level, strong networking and server skills, telecom, vendor
management, contract management, investigating and implementing new
technologies are all the right skills for this candidate to possess. It
should be their aim to create a uniform, predictable technical environment for
people to work in securely and easily. Additionally, this unique person
must be able to work independently, be a proactive change maker that reports
directly to the senior most of the organization. This job will suit the
individual that is technical and creative and does not care for the typical corporate
setting. Vendor management and contractor management supplements the gaps
in this individual’s technical skill i.e. cable contractors, managed
network services, telecom vendors. While this role may be challenging and
rewarding at the highest levels of an individuals skill set, they still must be
comfortable with desktop support at the most basic level.

-technical experience in a technical setting, BA/BS preferable
but not necessary depending on experience
-roaming between NY locations and flying between US and USVI
