Brice and Karen are extremely concerned about the leaking damage to the interior of the main house that is occurring from the exterior doors and windows.

And also wanted to point out to that we can save $56,000 from the total of $723,700 price if we place the order before 12/31/07. There will also be a cost of $ 75,000 for painting & stucco work.

 

I have been told that Ghislaine will be at Zorro next week so she will see it for herself.
