There is an indication in one of JE's emails that you forwarded to Nat that JE never traveled without a person capable of giving a massage, with a list of names.
This information, which was news to me, raises a problem I mentioned in my worst-case-scenario memo.
18 U.S.C. Section 2421 provides:
Whoever knowingly transports any individual in interstate or foreign commerce, or in any Territory or Possession of the United States, with intent that such individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this section or imprisoned not more than 10 years or both.
I am available to do some work this week, if anything needs to be done.
