Further to our last telephone conversation with respect to works and repairs to be done in the 5^th-floor room:

 

1.

The meeting scheduled in Paris could not be held due to the multiple strikes in France last week and this week. A new appointment is re-scheduled with the plumber and HELLIER DU VERNEUIL on Tuesday November 27^th at 2:30 pm.

 

2.

Change of windows and of the door is handled by Valdson, who has already made all arrangements for their installation.

 

3.

With respect to the installation of the air-conditioning, I obtained last week from MOLYNEUX, a copy of the request they filed with HELLIER DU VERNEUIL and the answer they got, which needed to be accepted by Mr. Epstein before the end of October. I attached to this mail HELLIER DU VERNEUIL’s answer with a draft English translation thereof.

 

NB: The air conditioning system selected by MOLYNEUX requires to have a few tiles removed from the roof, which technically affects the outside appearance of the building. This should (technically and in theory) be subject to a filing with the local authorities.  I contacted MOLYNEUX on this issue to explain this to them and after discussion, I was told that they are going to reconsider the type of system to be installed. Consequently, MOLYNEUX considers that a new request for authorization from HELLIER DU VERNEUIL will have to be filed.

 

After the meeting on Tuesday, I will make a complete report on the repairs still to be made in the room.
