Greetings
As requested Dan, Bill and Jules have done a physical inspection of both beaches. We believe that the pink beach(Stony) can be accessed with machines. Dan has taken a number of images and will send a more detailed report with ideas.
The grotto beach cannot be accessed with land based machines. It is very steep, loose soil and there is very little space to maneuver. The sea area have a lot of coral nearby and the reefs extend out aways. Rampino has not looked at the area but Dan believes that a spud barge with a crane could start the process. He believes that the pink beach has excellent properties for grotto development.
Please advise
Miles
