offer used on the Bell
407.
In the cover letter, Darren should make it clear
that you intend to execute
this offer if the other deal falls apart.

I do find it a little strange that they would take
the first offer, below
ask, so early in the process. Usually you start
seriously considering offers
like this after 30 days.
Also, spoke to Jim Sturm - General Helicopters, if
he had any leads on a
clean Bell 430, with a retractable gear, single
pilot IFR. He said he may
have a lead on one - he would know early next week.
(Suspect he is the guy
Rite Aid is dealing with - we should know early next
week.)
