FW: Gabrielle Guttman

Hi there Lesley! 

How are you?  I know it’s Friday and I’ve missed Jeffrey, but I wanted to get this information to him about this terrific girl named Gabrielle Guttman that I met while in Miami.  She works with a merchant banking platform, Southridge as the Vice President of Business Development & Marketing.  She is responsible for investor relations for the Southridge funds.  They are based in Manhatten & Connecticut and she is marketing Southridge financing products for global public issuers.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University… super smart and attractive!  I know Jeffrey will like her!  Gabrielle is looking to raise capital for the following:

1)     3 funds.  2 are hedge funds (private placement and quant strategy) and the other is a real estate fund.

2)     She is launching a Private Equity Fund in Q1 2008.  Here are some bullet points on this Fund:

• Will be run by an experienced management team. They are working with Don Jones, http://poganretail.com/donjones.html
• Focused on capitalizing on opportunities with neglected consumer brands and distressed retail companies
• Anchor Investment:  Petals Decorative Accents
