FW: To JE - World Science Festival, Music & the Brain event 5/31

Great talking with you a couple of weeks ago...

Following up on our previous correspondence about the World Science Festival in Manhattan this week -

I'd be honored if you would be my guest for my Music & the Brain gig at the Abyssian Baptist Church with their world-famous choir and Oliver Sacks - this Saturday, 5/31, 6:30 - 8:00P...

there will be about 7 different "acts" - I will probably go on between 7P and 7:15P...looks like I'll get to play their Hammond and my Les Paul to make some points about universal competence in a way the lay audience can (maybe) understand..If you think you might come, please let me know, and I'll leave how ever many comp tickets you'd like at the box office...the producer says it will likely be sold out, but then again, she's the producer....

Fri night, I'll probably go to see Institute Board colleague Bernie Krause with Richard Leakey at Columbia (Miller Theatre) on Friday night 8-9:30P - their show is called "The Sixth Extinction" - want to come along?

Might Jeffrey be able to attend my June 1st gig at the Harlem Abyssian
Church - music and the brain lecture - integrated with their famous
choir's performance - as part of the first World Science Festival?

By the way, did the Galileo book ever reach him?
