    Thank you for the transactional documents you forwarded last evening.  After reviewing them, I would prefer to have an assignment agreement for each of the four assets.  I have therefore taken to heart your invitation to revise the documents and enclose my proposed revisions.

 

    Obviously, we will also need letters of instruction regarding the Apple stock and the Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities Overseas Ltd. interests.  Assuming the enclosed assignment agreements are acceptable to you, we can finalize these two additional documents on Thursday. 

 

    My client is eager to execute documents on Thursday.  I will call you Thursday morning to review where we stand.
