Sean has received an offer from a Brazilian buyer, could be same as December offer.

12.3M offer,,,Sean was told by broker they would go to 12.6M

please advise how to proceed?

This is an offer from the Brazilians again. Mr. Oliveria has suggested that he would pay $12.6. He does not expect a response today an understands the owner may not even see the offer until Monday. I would suggest if we decided to respond we draft a more formal Letter of Intent/Purchase Agreement with much stronger language.

I have also been told that we might see an offer next week from Wayne Huizenga next week.

4. If you accept that we can formalize and fax an OFFER TO PURCHASE with a U$ 150K in IATS- Insured Aircraft Title Service, USA, escrow refundable deposit, to retire the helicopter from the market and schedulle the acft. visit and the pre-purchase inspection.

We also need your Aircraft Purchase Agreement draft to be analised and approved by our attorneys
