Larry Morrison job description:

Salary reduction from $140,000.00 to $40,000.00

Full medical / Dental and phone expense.

Maintain his retirement package  

Remain current as Flight Engineer

-$500.00 per day as flight engineer IF and when he travels.

Remain as Director of Maintenance for JEGE and Hyperion Air Inc.

-schedule and maintain all maintenance records for G2 and B727.

-negotiating maintenance invoices and aircraft refurbishments.

-coordinates with FAA any new maintenance requirements.

I spoke to Larry Morrison and we consider this a change in Job description  not resignation. 

I would like to institute his new Salary March 1^st. when Gulfstream

 Is back in service.
