Thank you for your mail, I know the Barack/Qatar project;it is monstrous! I understand that the first impression of the floor plan looks interesting, but I think that what we are developing is far better. Their plan is very commercial,closing the triangular shape with rows of palm trees. There is no central court yard, that is the heart of the building that we are proposing. Remember that a resort is programmed for short visits of short periods of time, the sea, the wind and the sun is the "peace " elements for people just in transit. Our inner space that cascades into the swimming pool replaces this elements.
I am heading to Paris now, I will stay one week, I will finish there the Library package for us to review it when I come back. I will be ahead of schedule, I have two more great architects (in Paris) that start now only for St.James.
I sent to you the sample of the balcony of the Library,it can't get better! I will send you now also the sample of the parquet I have thought for your office, consider this even rougher. We are working also with the model for the Spa.

I am happy that the meeting you had was explanatory for part of the budget, and not all the expenses are part of our proposals. The building will be great, and you know that I have a good perception of what you are looking for, give me the benefit of being proud when finished.
