Tibby wants to apply for amended status
to obtain an H-1B notice
of approval for shorter period of time (4-6 months)
and wants to use this
for a visa to be obtained in Sweden
I have asked Tibby to speak with the
Canadian attorney to
determine likelihood of admission to the US
throughCanada based on Visa Waiver or
Tourist Visa.Visa Waiver requires departure and re-entry after
each 90 day period.
Tourist Visa can be extended while in
US.
