It is expected that the Baseline Helicopter Price
of the 76D will be not
greater than 10% above the current list price of
the S-76C++, which is
$8,450,000 in 2007, adjusted for escalation to the
year of the Estimated Completion
Services Date.
Based on informal conversations with the Sikorsky
team at your home the
other day, we are talking about delivery dates in
or about 2010, perhaps
earlier.
$100,000 deposit is required for reserving a
position for the 76D. Pursuant
to the attached agreement the deposit is
non-refundable, except for certain
failures on the part of Sikorsky described in the
attached agreement.
