Vivien Gerena, the project
manager at ACOE was out all last week. I am calling her shortly to arrange to
meet her as soon as possible tomorrow or Wednesday. At the same time I am
trying to coordinate this visit with a site review of one of the two pre-casting
operations I know of in PR, as you requested. I will go to ACOE no matter what
happens on the pre-casting front.
