I am in puerto rico about to meet with bonilla, silva-puras etc re the
san juan waterfront redevelopment. I have a couple of questions: (a) I
assume you never heard anything further re roosevelt roads, (b) I am
coming to st thomas tonight - leave on the 12:30 american flight - do I
get to see you? (c) I have been trying to get de jongh on the phone for
2 weeks now - we had a dste to talk yesterday but he was a no show - can
you pls ask his wife or someone to ask him to please speak with me? I
hate the game of having to chase him around for weeks only to get no
answers. Thx.
