Just got off the phone from Cedano. He is really
crying. He is so so far
behind. He said he has to finish Enighed, Lovango
and then LSJ. He is just
not being able get anything done. He said it will
be a few more weeks
before he will have a chance to look at LSJ. We did
discuss the project
briefly and I did tell him that we incorporated
everything he asked. As
things seem to be going over there I think is a
couple of weeks will at
least be a month unless we can find someway of
pushing our application to
the top.

I just spoke with Mr. Cedeno. I tried to reach
Castillo, but was put
through to Cedeno. He cried overworked and
overwhelmed for a variety of
reasons, said he could not even look at it for
another two to three weeks
and when he does he will contact Amy to let her know
whether the last
submission (post inspection) was accepted as final.
He told me to call
again in a couple of weeks to nudge him. I have not
yet received any letter
from DPNR advising re: minor permit. Bill - Have
you as primary contact?
