of Walter's house. The
entity which owns Jim Forsbach's house is 5273
Settlement Drive LLC, which is
also Forsbach's address. The entity which owns the
house purchased for LHW's
cousin 10 to 12 years ago is 1990 Family Property
Trust A (which owns all the
autos).

Questions:

1. Do you want one of the foregoing existing

entities to be the purchaser?

2. If not, do you have some other pre-existing

entity or some other
person in mind to be the purchaser?

3. If not, do you want me to form a separate LLC

to purchase the
property?

4. If so, What name?

5. What jurisdiction? The entities which own

Walter's house and
Forsbach's house are both Ohio LLCs.

6. Who will be the owner of the LLC interests?

LHW is the sole owner of
the interests in the respective LLCs that own
Walter's house and Forsbach's
house. Should LHW, ASW, both, or some other person
own the LLC interests?
