Mechanical Building Budget
Emad communicated your request that a budget to you for your
approval before commitments to vendors or contractors are made. Enclosed is a
budget estimate for the entire building and adjacent site and utility work. Charles
has come here to assist in its preparation. Charles, Bill and I are here
and all of us are prepared to review it with you should you wish to do so. Dan reviewed
the budget estimate and is prepared to discuss it with you on island. We
request that the budget estimate be approved and that we be authorized to
proceed with the TSG award in particular since we face the large price
increases in that purchase should it be delayed. We have left hard copy
of this message and a copy of the budget estimate at FTC as we understand that
you may come into the office today. We have put an approval block below
where you can indicate your approval on the hard copy.
