Thank you for your help. Whenever we get requests
like this, we make a
habit of verifying the information, especially if we
haven't been
notified to expect this person to contact us...just
in case. John will
be more than happy to set her up with a meeting if
in fact Mr. Epstein
would like for us to do so. Please let me know.Best regards,
Joy

Subject: from Jeffrey Epstein's officeDear Ms. Sohn,
My name is Jen Doyle and I am one of Jeffrey
Epstein's assistants. I
have been with Jeffrey for nearly two years but have
decided recently
that I would like to leave his employment and pursue
my passion: music.
Jeffrey has been incredibly supportive of my
decision, and as such he
has graciously offered to help me look into a career
in the music
industry. In particular, I expressed to him, that
my greatest dream is
to become an MTV VJ...and while Jeffrey and I both
realize that this is
an incredibly coveted and difficult position to come
by, he offered to
let me contact Mr. Sykes's office, on his behalf.
...so, with his
blessing, I contacted you on Friday evening and per
your request, here
is an email describing myself/interests, in greater
detail.I realize that Mr. Sykes has an incredibly busy
schedule, but first and
foremost, I would be ecstatic if he and/or anyone
else at MTV, would be
willing to sit down with me and discuss my career
aspirations in music,
and in particular, in being a part of music
television. As noted, I
am most interested in becoming a VJ and while I
realize that only about
4-6 people in the entire nation, get to take on this
role, at any given
time - if there would be anyone willing to meet with
me (such as a
casting director, etc.), with respect to this
interest, I would be
unbelievably grateful. I'd be very interested to
have someone take a
look at me, feel out my personality and furthermore,
hear how passionate
and knowledgeable I am about music. If I am not
right for the role
and/or there are no position openings, I completely
understand but I
promised myself that I would give this dream, my
best shot, and so... I
am asking! If that doesn't work out, I am still extremely
interested in working for
MTV...I have attached my resume and as you will see,
one of my majors in
college was Political Science. I love studying
politics and current
events, so maybe there would be something for me, in
MTV News...? or,
I am currently an Executive Personal Assistant and
enjoy my
responsibilities, tremendously...perhaps there is an
assistant role at
MTV, which would suit me. I am just throwing ideas
out, but would be
thrilled to discuss any/all of these possibilities
with someone from
your office.Thank you for your consideration and I appreciate
your response.Jen Doyle
