I propose that we will send this term sheet draft to Reporty tomorrow to start a negotiation process.
Nothing can commit us before further negotiations will be concluded by final documents that will satisfy our needs.
I'm really worried that by dragging this very preliminary stage longer, we might loose them.
Our IL lawyers are extremely experienced in the start up arena and will work under the guidelines which will be provided by Darren to help us navigate the next steps as well.
I emphasize again that under IL law and best practices this document is totally non binding whatsoever.
