Darren-

The attached notice from Bear Stearns reflects a material development
with regard to the overseas fund, which may present us with substantial
opportunities effecting both the domestic and overseas funds.  The other
attached document is a letter we sent to Bear today, just to turn up the
heat a bit on the domestic election.

We will have a call at 4:00 tomorrow (I will be sending around a dial-in
shortly) to discuss next steps, particularly with regard to the overseas
fund, but also potentially effecting the domestic election.  We hope you
will be able to join.
