We understand that both you and Juan Pablo Molyneux prefer that the property be sold to Juan Pablo Molyneux only.

Since Mr. Molyneux is a US citizen, we propose to set up an acquisition vehicle (very likely a Danish or Luxemburg company), which would enable Mr. Molyneux to purchase the property in the best conditions from a tax standpoint.

After the sale is completed (for instance, one or two years later), it would be possible to proceed with an increase of the stock of this company (which, among other possibilities, may allow you to take control of the company).

My partner Alain Maillot and I will meet Juan Pablo Molyneux tomorrow, but we shall keep you informed of the whole project.
