Dear Jeffrey,

If you must go back to beginning I am more than
happy to remind you of
our original agreement. I had originally asked for
my usual fee of $
20K/month, which I had agreed to reduce to $
15K/month. Your
counteroffer was $12K; to which I never agreed - my
original request of
$ 15K/month was as low as my fee could be reduced.
After I said no,
you decreased my fee further to $10K/month with the
stipulation that by
the end of our agreement, if you reached your goal,
you would give me a
bonus which would be more lucrative for me than the
15k/month - the
bonus should have amounted to more than $ 30K. I
agreed because I had
the utmost confidence in you and in my capabilities
as an experienced
fitness professional for achieving your goals.
Your goals were #1
improve posture #2 strengthen knee #3 lose 10lbs.
Following the fitness
evaluation, you were in total agreement that your
knee did indeed knee
strengthen, your posture improved and you lost over
15lbs of body fat
and gained 15lbs of muscle - building muscle is a
necessary requirement
to improve your posture and gain strength in your
knee; additionally,
you lost two (2) inches from your waist, improved
balance and increased
flexibility. Clearly my mission was accomplished
above and beyond your
original results. Your argument was you did not
lose 10lbs as indicated
by the weight scale, which for you meant you did not
achieve your goal.
If you were to ask any fitness professional they
would inform you
otherwise. Any money I received after our agreement
was for my a la
carte services to see both you and Ghilene. The
payment of $20K you
mentioned in your email was for a la carte sessions
for November,
December and January. After many weeks of going
back and forth,
negotiating my bonus, you transferred an additional
$10k (end o January
26th, 2006) to my account, which a few days later I
was told was for the
purchase of twenty (20) sessions @ $500/each for
personal training
sessions with me. I was informed that in the event
you did not use all
twenty (20) sessions, the money would be mine to
keep. At this time,
more than half of this money was used for training
sessions. November,
December, January 20k a la carte sessions

Regarding the matter with Igor. Because of the
different payment
methods involving Igor, instead of getting his
yearly earnings ~
35K-40K, I consented to the basic 20% headhunter's
fee of his salary
which is $ 24K which barely compensated me the
significant amount of
money I suffered by not having him as a trainer for
my company.

Regarding your payments for my trips: it is without
question - I was
appreciative, but just to remind you, I lost a fair
amount of money when
I took the trip to Paris (I was not able to see any
clients) because I
did not think it safe for Tatiana to travel alone in
her condition. I
trained Ghilene while I was in Paris. With
attention to the trip to
Chicago you offered to pay for said trip in order to
attend a fitness
expo which would enhance our personal training
sessions.

I have equal respect for you and, as you are aware,
I had a great
experience while I was training you, but
unfortunately, financially I
cannot say the same. I honestly lost over 50k as a
result of losing
Igor as a trainer and rearranging my schedule to
accommodate your
schedule. I know you are a fair and generous person
and I ask you to
put yourself in my shoes regarding my predicament -
my rent is due
today, $ 25K - I would appreciate the possibility of
a loan until we
resolve this matter. Unfortunately, I am not being
left with many
options at this time.

Thank you for your time.

Best regards,

Alex Reznik
