Tangier palace info

The architect/ builder for the Tangier project is Erga. You can see details about them on their web site - erga.com. Attached please find information on the facility and amenities of Al Houara.

A few more details on the building in Prague. It is interconnected with another building behind it which is not visible in the photograph. There are several tenants. The longest lease for any of the tenants has another three years to run. Also they prefer to show the building on the weekend or evening as they have not told any of the tenants that the building is for sale. Please give me as much notice as possible when you would like to see the building in Prague or visit the site in Tangier.

Also, before we arrange your visit to either of the properties would you please let me know if the properties are for you or if you are representing someone that way we can make sure you are properly cared for and represented on your visit.

PS:
Just spoke with our broker in Tangier.  He said  the Ocean view Palace which I think is the one your saw on the web is 9,500,000 Euros and will be completed August 2009.  In the gated community they are building 5 other Palaces so there is a choice of location, etc. and if bought early enough some customization possible.
