beaches to look for large coral rubble. Please let me know whether or not I can give her
your permission and, if so,
what day and what times you would prefer. Thanks.Darren

Date: Wed, 21 Dec 2005 21:53:38 -0400I was in St. Thomas all day so did not see the
e-mail until now. I can get
started on it right way. I know Jeffery is down
right now. Will it be okay
if I do a dive off shore where I want to put the
reefs. I will also need to
check out a couple of the beaches for large coral
rubble. Probably Monday
or Tuesday if that's okay. I just don't want to
disturb him.I will call tomorrow. I am actually in San Juan
tomorrow working on a
mangrove project for the COE but will have plenty of
free time.I think we can approach the dock extension. I will
run it by Jose tomorrow
off the record and see what he says.Amy

Subject: Re: LSJAmy,
JEE has given authority to proceed with the coral
reef in lieu of speed
bumps and with securing the proposed floating dock
off JEE's bedroom with
moorings rather than pilings. He obviously wants
you and Bill to prepare
the written justification for maintaining the water
level in the small pond.JEE would like you and Bill to consider whether it
would be possible to
include in the current proposal, a request to make
the floating swim
platform that is attached to the right of the bottom
extension of the
existing dock a permanent fixed extension of the
existing dock, so that it
does not float. In other words he would like extend
the bottom right
portion of the existing dock. JEE believes that the
pilings are already in
place for such an extension. JEE would like to have
that extension approved
as part of the current application and asks for your
input about whether or
not it is possible. Please call me at 973-597-1165 when you and Bill
have scheduled your
conference call for today. Thanks.Darren Indyke
