Darren - Due to Carnival I cannot get to my office.  I received a message that IGY is passing on the Dohm deal.  Where do you and Mr. Epstein wish to go from here?  Plese advise asap.  If he is going to do the deal, I have a lot of scrambling to do.....If not, we need an exit strategy.  Call me at home 340-777-6212.  Thanks.  ajc
