Dear Jeffrey (through Leslie) – I see the articles from yesterday. Where to things stand?

My comments: as I understand it, the fact that they lied about their age is not a legal defense for us. >From a perception/parents point of view, whether they were 16 or 18, the age difference is what’s significant. Let me know if I can be helpful. I feel as if we’ve left you to get punched around. Anything new on the March DOJ meeting?
