Jeffrey, St. Joe would lead the world to think that there is no more available land because they own it all, which is not true.  The 98,776  acres is available and all of Panama City Beach (not owned by St. Joe) can be bought, bull dozed down and a new world created, which needs to happen.

Why are industry leaders are going to India , China , & Russia when they could have Northwest Florida !?  We are

-          THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN NORTH AMERICA !

-          IN AMERICA !

-          IN FLORIDA !

I would make a play for St. Joe as well.

Jeffrey, here are the maps of the 98,776 acres in Northwest Florida .  The owners would like to arrange a meeting on May 23^rd if you are interested in purchasing this parcel.  Again, it is the only large parcel not owned by St. Joe near the new Bay County International Airport .

I attended the 6^th Annual Family Symposium in Miami this past week and made some incredible contacts in the hedge fund, private equity sector and met the allocator for the family who did the “Mall of America”.  His name is Ira J. Perlmuter with T5 Equity Partners, LLC out of Riverdale , NY .  They are very interested in the piece, but I have not contacted them yet as I was waiting to see if you are interested first.

I will call you this afternoon to see if you are interested.
