We had a meeting this morning with the notary and Mr. Degroux, Juan Pablo Molyneux’ lawyer. I suggest that you send at your earliest convenience the “confirmation agreement” the draft of which you have received from Maître Chardon. We have tomorrow afternoon a meeting with the sellers’ lawyer and notary. It is necessary that we have this document signed by you at the meeting.
