I hope you are well I am sorry about your situation; if there is anything I
can do to help you please let me know. I understand that you have decided
to make a change in the remarketing of the S76C++ helicopter in favor of,
Aircraft Services Group, Inc. effective immediately. As such I have
notified the MLS services and removed the aircraft from our website.
Bristol will begin totaling the prior advertisement costs and submit those
charges for reimbursement payment as per previous agreements.
I have included the name of one party (below) that Bristol will be entitled
to a commission of $100,000.00 in the buyer purchases the aircraft directly
of indirectly for a period of 180 days from this date of this email. We are
in active negotiations with Danaher Corporation directly and through their
agent. I understand Aircraft Services Group also has attempted to represent
the aircraft to them but Bristol set up the demo flight for this party and
contacted the directly prior to any outside unauthorized involvement.
Loudoun Aviation, the agent for Danaher is also aware of the change today
and is working with Bristol on an offer that he expects to will be presented
soon. I trust this will be satisfactory to you as while we have engaged in
discussions with 84 different parties and sent out specifications on the
aircraft to them we only require protection for this one client.
I further understand Bristol is to continue to remarket the Boeing 727 we
which we continue to do. If there is any concern or disagreement with this
letter please have someone let me know do that we can discuss it.
