In my wildness imagination I cannot understand why you don’t want me to succeed!  Is it because I had a baby!?  I refuse to believe that… I know you are not that inhuman.  I thought we were friends, no I know we were friends, and it’s as though as soon as I had a child you refused to speak to me.  Why?  If there was something else I did I truly apologize for it.  I assure you…I do not have a clue.

To make your decision on this 98,776 painless, I am referring it to Michael Caviness (http://www.cbcwextrust.com) in New York at Coldwell Banker Commercial Wex Trust who I have been doing business with.  He has agreed to run the purchase of the Timber land through them for you.  I have not given him your name, but you can have a representative contact him if you want to buy it.

The Timber Company will need:

1.)  Confidentiality Agreement Signed (attached)

1.) Letter of credit or another instrument that would express your wealth or credit worthiness.

If you are not interested just say.  “No Thanks”.
