This is the current schedule and scope of the issues covered in your e mail. There is a CPM schedule, approved by Charles and Doug, which provides as follows:
· OFFICE
o The schedule calls for the building permit to be filed on May 30 which will be done as planned tomorrow;
o The site, civil and structural work for the office is scheduled to start on July 5 on the assumption that the Building Permit is issued within 30 days which is the customary review period for this kind of permit;
o A site and structural package for this work has been broken out and will be delivered on June 22 to permit bid packages for this work to be prepared and prices obtained to support this schedule
· INFRASTRUCTURE
o A design package for 1400 lineal feet of utility lines running to the “temporary house” area from the present utility building area were completed and delivered here on May 21 for review and construction as soon as possible; value engineering questions were raised (as discussed in last week’s report) which are to be addressed tomorrow in a conference call with Maguire
o The Schedule calls for a week of review and then going out for pricing from subcontractors over the following two weeks with construction starting approximately the 20th of June depending on the arrival of the pipe materials
o 100 percent drawings for the design of all of the balance of the infrastructure of the island are due during the week of August 16 with construction to commence on August 13 (because of fast tracking) and concluding on March 6, 2008
· INFRASTRUCTURE (RO/GENERATOR BUILDING)
o The schedule calls for the completion of the design by August 31, 2007
o The schedule calls for the start of construction of these improvements on August 13 (again fast tracking) and completion on March 6, 2008
o These deadlines are subject to timely generation and approvals of the final design and the timely issuance of permits

Subject: JEE's Questions
Jeffrey asked me the following:
1. We are scheduled to begin construction on the office in July. Do we have an actual construction schedule.
2. what has been worked out so far in the way of infrastructure for the island. Weren't we working on that independently. Do we have a final plan? What is it?
Please advise asap.
